Level 2 & Level 3 ICT Support Technician /ICT Facilitator
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year
About the role
Our book manufacturing site in Salisbury SA is looking for a full time, site based level 2/level 3 ICT Support technician. The suitable candidate is expected to provide onsite and remote support for a range of ICT tasks both for the Salisbury SA site and if required, also for other sites within the group and at times may be required to perform after hours/on call work. The site ICT Support technician is expected to prioritise support of live production matters in a proactive manner as and when requested.
Key responsibilities
Support Windows/Linux servers
Provide VM Management
Provide printer & desktop support
Undertake networking tasks
Monitor network and server systems
Ad hoc client meeting support to scope potential ICT development projects
Assist with online ICT projects as required
