Level 2 Support

Salary: $65k - $80k

L2 Support Engineer - Auckland | $65k-$80k | Hybrid

One of my MSP clients is adding an L2 to their team. Solid environment, genuine progression, and actual technical work - not a ticket reset farm.

The role:

Mixed client base, Microsoft stack day to day, with exposure to cloud infra, firewalls, and project work when it comes up.

• AD, Azure AD / Entra, M365, Exchange

• Windows Server, Hyper-V, Citrix, AWS

• Desktop, servers, LAN/WAN, firewalls

• Occasional site visits (expenses covered)

What you need:

• Solid L2 experience, ideally from an MSP

• Strong on the Microsoft stack - Exchange, Azure, AD (hybrid environment)

• Good communicator, comfortable owning tickets end to end

• Driver's licence and a car for the odd site visit
