Job Summary**
Responsible for the development, management, and strategic growth of liabilities products, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market needs and company objectives for PT Bank CTBC Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and management of retail liabilities products, including savings, current accounts, and time deposits.
- Drive product strategy, portfolio growth, and profitability aligned with the bank's business objectives.
- Develop product pricing, promotional campaigns, and customer value propositions to enhance market competitiveness.
- Identify business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and competitor benchmarking.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver product enhancements and digital initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept development to implementation and performance evaluation.
- Monitor portfolio performance, funding mix, and key business metrics, recommending strategic initiatives to achieve growth targets.
- Ensure product governance and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically with liabilities products.
* Strong understanding of the Indonesian banking market, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable product strategies.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
