Officer (Victim Support & Case Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Officers to support scam victims throughout the Restriction Order (RO) period.
• Engage victims, explain RO processes, provide anti-scam education, and promote recovery and self-protection.
• Coordinate referrals to community and support agencies, and facilitate victim engagement activities and support groups.
• Monitor case progress, identify ongoing risks, and escalate concerns where necessary.
• Maintain accurate case records, assessments, and reports in compliance with organisational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective case management and service delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Criminology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience in case management, victim support, social services, counselling, or community outreach would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively with vulnerable individuals.
• Good organisational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Compassionate, resilient, and committed to supporting individuals through recovery and rehabilitation.
