Job Summary
The Liaison Officer / IT Specialist provides administrative, coordination, and basic technical support to the COO, ensuring timely execution of assignments, accurate reporting, efficient data management, and proper maintenance of company records while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related course.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and office productivity tools.
Basic knowledge of database management, computer troubleshooting, and Power BI.
Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and trustworthy, with strong time management skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor the COO's instructions, assignments, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Maintain the CATS database system, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assist in preparing accurate departmental reports.
Manage Google Drive files, Google Sheets, and support routine Power BI report updates and data validation.
Handle correspondence, prepare business documents, coordinate travel arrangements, and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct research, prepare summaries and recommendations, maintain organized records, and ensure strict confidentiality of company information.
