Librarian

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to manage and oversee library services. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and cataloging library resources, ensuring that patrons have access to a wide range of information and materials. Key responsibilities include assisting library users in locating resources, providing reference services, and conducting information literacy sessions.

The role involves developing and managing collections, implementing library programs and events, and collaborating with faculty and staff to support academic needs. The librarian will also be expected to stay current with emerging technologies and trends in library science, as well as participate in professional development activities. Excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Knowledge of library management systems and digital resources will be advantageous.
