Librarian

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on emerging trends in library science and technology to enhance library services.
• Conduct regular assessments of library resources and services to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets, grants, and funding opportunities related to library operations.
• Supervise library staff and volunteers, providing training and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Library Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of library systems, databases, and digital resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in program development and community engagement is a plus.
• Proficiency in using technology and social media to promote library services.
