What You'll Do
Assisting with health assessments and participant wellness monitoring
Supporting the development and implementation of individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Promoting health education, wellness initiatives, and preventative care practices
Collaborating with Registered Nurses, physicians, specialists, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
Helping maintain a safe, healthy, and person-centered environment for all participants
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
Current Massachusetts LPN license required
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
