Grow together

• End-to-end responsibility for vendors in portfolio.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and actively support procurement in negotiation of licensing agreements.
• Track and manage software licenses, monitor and optimize software usage and implement initiatives to optimize costs.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, maintain documentation.
• Provide expert license advice to business partners / divisional license representatives.
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and other departments to align SAM (Software Asset Management) activities with organizational goals.
• Provide input for renewals / investment cycle.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.
• Maintain ITS cost recharging process.

• Experience in a similar role is a big plus.
• Experience with SAP licensing is a big advantage as one of the vendors in portfolio will be SAP.
• 3+ years of business experience in IT area.
• High level understanding of IT infrastructure, virtualization and containers.
• Very good customer support skills will also be an integral part of this role.
• Strong data analytics skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of Vendor management and contract establishment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Teams, MS excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Sharepoint…).
• Advanced English; German is a big plus.
• We welcome professional certification in related field.

Hi, my name is Helena Peschova and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2005, when I took a role as Domain Coordinator in the Transportation Domain team. Gaining more hands-on experience with software licensing has always fascinated me, so I moved to the License Management team in 2009. In 2024, I moved to a management role, being a Software Vendor Manager. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – Software Vendor Management and Software Asset Management.
