As a Architect in the Industrial market with 10+ years of experience you’ll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference—from concept through completion. You’ll collaborate with talented teammates, contribute your expertise, and help us deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for those we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a talented group of multi-disciplinary professionals across the Shive-Hattery network
• Guide the architectural design process from concept through completion — facilitating design discussions, generating ideas, and developing work through drawings, models, and 3D visualizations.
• Lead and coordinate the efforts of non-licensed designers and other professionals throughout the design and documentation process.
• Participate in client and project meetings, contributing to both ongoing projects and new business development opportunities.
• Translate design concepts into technical, functional, and high-quality architectural solutions.
• Help prepare and present design materials that effectively communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
