Job Summary
THESeeds Institute is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health and behavioral health services within a trauma-informed care environment. The LCSW will play a critical role in supporting individuals through assessments, counseling, and collaborative care planning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and psychosocial evaluations
- Provide individual therapy and behavioral health support
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform risk assessments and crisis interventions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including peer specialists and case managers
- Provide community-based support and patient education
- Assist with care coordination and referrals
Qualifications
- Active LCSW license in Maryland
- Experience providing behavioral health or mental health services
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and integrated care models
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in both clinical and community-based settings
Requirements
- Current unrestricted license
- Minimum 25 hours weekly availability
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
