WellPsyche Medical Group is actively seeking compassionate, dedicated Licensed Clinical Therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCCs) to join our growing remote telehealth practice serving patients throughout California.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based individual psychotherapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
- Coordinate psychiatric referrals when appropriate.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to promote continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with California licensing requirements.
We are seeking compassionate, motivated therapists who value clinical excellence, professional independence, and consistent patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.
- Commitment to maintaining consistent patient availability.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
Remote Work & Flexible Scheduling
- 100% remote telehealth position.
- Independent contractor (1099) opportunity.
- Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling options.
- Preference for providers who can consistently offer 16 or more hours per week, with alternative arrangements considered.
