Responsibilities

• Service existing clients with billing, claims, and policy changes
• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Cross-sell additional products to help families protect what matters most.
• Support agency growth by retaining and upselling clients.
• Be a trusted point of contact for customers.

Requirements

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License (Life license a plus).
• Bilingual: English & Spanish required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and team player.
