The Role
Diesel Barbershop is looking for a part-time licensed Barber or Cosmetologist in San Antonio, TX. If you love cutting hair, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and care about delivering a great client experience, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and shaves
- Talking with clients to understand the look they want
- Create a fun and welcoming experience from start to finish
- Build relationships that turn new clients into regulars
- Recommend products that match each clients needs
- Keep a clean, organized, and ready-to-go workstation
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
- Active Cosmetology or Barber License in TX
- Strong technical skills in men’s haircutting, fading, clipper work, and detailing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A dependable, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume barbershop environment
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday
