We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Citizen Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quoting and policy servicing, with a strong understanding of insurance products and customer service best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quoting
- Build complete and correct quotes across carriers
- Ensure coverage, limits, and deductibles align with client needs and prior policies
- Navigate carrier systems efficiently and produce quotes within expected timeframes
- Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and rewrites correctly
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation in the system
- Identify and flag any coverage gaps or inconsistencies
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen (Mandatory)
- Active US Insurance Health & Life License (required)
- 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
- Proven knowledge of Health & life insurance
- Knowledge of quoting processes and policy servicing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
