Dependable Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Hospice Aide (LHA) to join our growing Phoenix Hospice team.

What You'll Do
Provide compassionate personal care to hospice patients in their homes
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities
Promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence
Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the hospice nurse
Provide emotional support to patients and families
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team
Complete accurate and timely visit documentation
What We're Looking For
Current Arizona LHA credentials, qualifying CNA certification or the completion of the LHA course
Hospice or Home Health experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication and organizational skills
