Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC-R systems.
Service residential units, commercial rooftops, and industrial equipment.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment inventory.
Complete service reports and required paperwork on time.
Participate in on-call rotations and ongoing technical training.
Maintain professional standards and a clean driving record.
Requirements
Active HVAC-R license.
5+ years of HVAC field experience preferred.
EPA Certification required.
OSHA 10 Certification required.
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
