Job Description
Seeking P&C Licensed Agents - Full Time, HYBRID Position. Our Allstate agency is seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our fast-paced sales department. As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will work with a team that shares your desire to be the best while promoting your growth and career. Base pay is $36,000, however most agents clear $80,000 year one, based on commission earned. In addition, Incentives and Bonuses offered monthly.

Responsibilities
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, sphere of influence, and other lead sources.
- Generate insurance quotes, explain coverages, and bind policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
- Inform customers of promotions, discounts/savings, and new or upgraded products.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries.
- Foster strong relationships with new and current customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Explain coverages and insurance policies and uphold the wants and needs of our customers to best suit their needs.
Requirements
