Roberts Allstate Agency is hiring a licensed professional for customer service, retention and inside sales. You will resolve concerns, strengthen relationships and help clients understand their protection.
We offer $22–$24 per hour plus commission opportunities on eligible new business personally sold. Remote, hybrid and onsite arrangements are available. Full-time or part-time schedules will be considered based on agency needs and candidate availability.
State Farm, Allstate and other personal-lines agency experience are highly valued. Prior Allstate experience is not required. We provide onboarding in our products, systems and agency processes.

Responsibilities
• Assist with billing questions, policy changes, renewals and claims-navigation needs.
• Take ownership of follow-up and keep clients informed.
• Conduct protection reviews and address cancellation concerns with sound judgment.
• Identify suitable additional coverage; quote and close within your licensing authority.
• Coordinate life appointments and qualified handoffs; maintain accurate records.
• Meet agreed service, retention and inside-sales expectations.
Requirements
Active P&C license and appropriate licensing for states served; insurance customer-service experience; confidence handling rate concerns; accurate documentation and task management; comfort recommending appropriate coverage; integrity, reliability and teamwork.
