This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Advisor based in Canada.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a licensed insurance professional seeking stable income and meaningful client interactions.
You’ll connect with prospective clients through inbound calls and warm leads generated by established marketing programs.
Rather than cold calling or building your own prospect list, you can focus on understanding client needs and recommending suitable life insurance solutions.
You’ll guide clients throughout the quoting and application process while delivering a professional and supportive customer experience.
The role combines a salaried structure with additional bonus opportunities tied to established performance criteria.

Accountabilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and engage with warm leads from individuals who have expressed an interest in life insurance.
  • Assess prospective clients’ financial protection needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage based on their circumstances.
  • Provide accurate quotes and clearly explain available insurance solutions, coverage options, and application requirements.
  • Guide clients through the insurance application process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial conversation through completion.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions, maintain engagement, and support conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of client interactions, activities, and follow-ups within CRM systems.
  • Deliver consistently professional, responsive, and client-focused service throughout the sales process.
  • Follow established sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and compliant client interactions.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable licensing, regulatory, and industry requirements.
  • Work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities, leads, follow-ups, and daily client activities effectively.
  • Requirements:

    • Valid Canadian life insurance license, excluding PEI and Quebec.
    • Previous experience in life insurance, insurance sales, or a closely related client-facing insurance role.
    • Strong verbal communication, listening, and telephone-based sales skills.
    • A professional, client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and establish effective relationships remotely.
    • Comfortable handling inbound sales conversations, identifying client needs, and presenting appropriate solutions.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital quoting tools, online applications, and other technology used to manage client interactions.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing client records and follow-up activities.
    • Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently and remain productive in a fully remote environment.
    • Commitment to maintaining licensing, regulatory, compliance, and professional service standards.
