This role offers a gauranteed base salary of $2,000 per month, with total earning potential of $75,000 annually through commission and bonus opportunities. COMMISSION IS UNCAPPED!

Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer solutions that protect their futures.
- Help existing policyholders review their current coverage to ensure it matches their life changes.
- Process applications and manage client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain active communication with the agency to share insights and support our shared goals.
- Engage with the community to represent our agency values and grow our local presence.
Requirements
- Illinois Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Illinois Life & Health insurance license.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role where you built relationships is preferred.
- Strong comfort level with computers and learning new systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Capacity to pass a background check.
