Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients to discuss their specific coverage needs and identify gaps in their current protection.
Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes that accurately reflect the needs of each family or individual.
Manage incoming sales inquiries and walk-in requests with warmth and helpful intent.
Follow up consistently with potential customers to guide them through the decision-making process.
Review existing client accounts to ensure they have the proper coverage as their life circumstances shift.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our agency management system.
Requirements
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Ohio.
Documented success in sales or a direct-to-consumer client role.
Strong comfort level with computer systems and navigating multiple software windows simultaneously.
Clear and professional communication style, both over the phone and via email.
A detail-oriented approach to reviewing policy documentation and client data.
High school diploma or equivalent.
