Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide trauma-informed services including therapy, case management, assessments, and client support. Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or supportive counseling services within scope of license
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
• Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources
• Support clients experiencing stress, trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions
• Communicate professionally with referral partners and treatment teams
• Participate in supervision or team consultation as needed
• Help create a positive client and staff experience

Qualifications

• Active Texas LMSW or LCSW license required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Experience with trauma-informed care preferred
• Knowledge of community resources and case management a plus
• Ability to maintain ethical and professional boundaries

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, or related modalities
• Experience with veterans, families, adolescents, or crisis populations
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
