This position requires an active State Physical Therapist license. Applicants without a PT license will not be considered.
Position Details:
HTS is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at a continuing care retirement community in Frankfort, Indiana. In this role, you’ll work with residents across multiple levels of care, helping them regain strength, improve mobility and restore independence. You'll be supported by a collaborative therapy team and leadership that values teamwork and quality outcomes. Located near downtown Frankfort, this senior living community provides a full continuum of care and a resident-centered culture.
- 96-bed health care center
- Care across multiple settings: healthcare, memory care, assisted and independent living.
- Well-equipped therapy gym + separate fitness center and pool.
