Physical Therapist (PRN) - Senior Living Facility

HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis at our partner senior living facility located in Saint Mary of Woods, (Terre Haute), Indiana. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life by providing expert rehabilitative care in a supportive environment. This is a true PRN position. The staffing needs are typically due to vacations and other planned time off of full-time therapists.

Job Details

- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop or implement individualized treatment plans for residents

- Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure optimal resident outcomes

- Assist with coverage needs during staff vacations and periods of increased caseloads

- Document resident progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with facility policies and regulations
