Licensed Plumber

ICMS is looking for MD licensed Plumbers to join our team onsite for a contract in Beltsville, Maryland. Successful candidates should have proven, demonstrated experience troubleshooting, maintaining, servicing and monitoring large scale commercial/ industrial generator and power distribution components.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform troubleshooting, preventative and routine maintenance, maintain accurate logs and history.

· Inspect, lubricate, troubleshoot, test and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures

· Replace seals, valves and maintain water, sanitary and related systems

· Possess analytical skills necessary to recognize, diagnose, and, within limits, repair equipment and system malfunctions.

· Understand verbal and written instructions and to give readily understood information in both verbal and written forms

· Capable of support after hours and weekend emergency response

Required Qualifications:

· A High School Diploma or GED is standard. Preference is highly weighted toward graduates of vocational/technical programs

· Demonstrated knowledge and experience with commercial plumbing

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• A valid state’s driver's license (with no major infractions) is required
• Journeyman or Master Plumber/ Gas Fitter license from State of Maryland
• OSHA Training

Security Clearance:

All contractor personnel must attain and maintain a USDA LincPass and pass a background check; personnel must be U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents.

Job Type: Non-Exempt, Full-Time Onsite Position (Telecommute not considered for this position)

Work schedules are subject to change based on client and company needs. As a management position, this person will be on call regularly and be available for and respond to emergencies off shift.

Hourly Pay: $31.42 per hour
