• Residential Service Plumbers
• Plumbing Installers
• Plumbing Sales Technicians

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform plumbing inspections and identify appropriate solutions
• Service, repair, and install water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, sewer lines, and other residential plumbing systems
• Complete residential plumbing installations and assigned service calls safely and efficiently
• Explain findings, available options, and recommended repairs or replacements to homeowners
• Identify opportunities for plumbing repairs, replacements, and system upgrades
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Work independently and manage assigned service calls or installation projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle
• Complete work in accordance with Illinois plumbing codes and company safety standards
• Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the day

Qualifications:

• Active State of Illinois Plumbing License required
• 4+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and/or installation experience
• Confidence and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable discussing plumbing solutions and recommendations with homeowners
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile dispatch technology
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as needed
• Ability to successfully complete the hiring process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
