Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and caring environment.

✅ Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN License in good standing.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
