• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities

Shift Differentials

Work evenings or nights and earn more:

• 2nd Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour for hours worked 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 3rd Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour for hours worked 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Your Experience Matters

Your pay is based on YOUR years of nursing experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments

• Assess and monitor resident conditions

• Respond appropriately to changes in condition

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Communicate with physicians, families, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team

• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

What You Need

• Current North Carolina LPN license in good standing

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Dependable and team-oriented approach

• Commitment to excellent resident care

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

New to long-term care? We’ll train you.
We provide hands-on, one-on-one support to help you become confident and successful in your role.

What We Offer

• +$3.00/hour 3rd shift differential

• PTO available after 90 days
