We are seeking mission-driven Clinical Professionals to join the MI Nursing Center team. This is an incredible opportunity to ensure residents are cared for from a holistic perspective while gaining the opportunity to mentor and develop others to perform at their highest levels.

• Long-Term Care Units

• Newly Renovated Memory Care Specialty Unit

• Newly Renovated Short-Term Rehabilitation Unit featuring private rooms

Provide Exceptional Clinical Care

• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge properly tailored to an eldercare setting.

• Assess and diagnose health issues, planning and implementing appropriate clinical solutions.

• Identify, communicate, and accurately document observations and changes in resident health to revise care plans as necessary.

• Strictly follow vital protocols, including infection control and preventative health measures.

Collaborate & Mentor

• Partner with healthcare staff at all levels to holistically serve the needs of our residents.

• Foster a safe, healthy, and collaborative work and residential care environment.

• Recommend innovative ideas and clinical solutions for resident care situations on a case-by-case basis.

• Provide positive mentorship and guidance to less experienced healthcare staff and new graduates.

Choose the Schedule That Works for Your Life:

• Standard Full-Time / Part-Time Shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Weekend Baylor Program: Work 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM every Saturday and Sunday. Work 24 hours, get paid for 32 hours!

• Per Diem: Total flexibility to work on an as-needed basis.
