What You'll Do

As a Long-Term Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and quality of life of our residents by:

• Monitoring resident health and assessing changes in condition
• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Providing skilled nursing care and support with daily living activities
• Offering encouragement, comfort, and emotional support to residents and their families
• Documenting resident progress and maintaining accurate medical records
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Updating care plans and helping ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Responding to resident needs with professionalism, compassion, and respect
