Job Details:
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Taft, OK
Duration: 6-12 months

Key Responsibilities:
*) Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the correctional facility medical clinic.
*) Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
*) Perform nursing procedures and specialized functions in accordance with knowledge, skills, and licensure.
*) Assist in assessing, reporting, and documenting patients' health status.
*) Participate in evaluating patient responses to nursing interventions.
*) Participate in developing and implementing appropriate aspects of patient care plans.
*) Administer medications as ordered.
*) Report relevant patient information to the supervising nurse or appropriate healthcare team member.

Qualifications:
LPN Level I: Valid permanent Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing; OR LPN license recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

LPN Level II: Valid permanent Oklahoma LPN license plus 1 year of practical nursing experience; OR eNLC-recognized LPN license plus 1 year of practical nursing experience.
