Description

LPN Position Overview

Northland Health Centers is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to help maintain an efficient, high-quality flow of care in our onsite clinics. This role supports providers and patients by keeping each visit organized-from the moment a patient arrives through follow-up after the appointment.

You'll assist with patient care, help with scheduling and rooming for exams, coordinate referrals and appointments, complete documentation follow-up, and handle essential front-desk and office support, including ordering supplies.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Current LPN licensure from the North Dakota Board of Nursing
  • Valid ND Driver's License
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage competing priorities and patient needs

If you're ready to apply your LPN skills in a clinic setting where quality and coordination matter, we'd love to hear from you!

How Your Week Flows

You'll work a consistent, part-time schedule of 3 days per week (24 hours), providing onsite support at our McClusky clinic. As an LPN, you'll collaborate with the provider team and front desk, moving between patient care and coordination tasks that keep the day running smoothly. Expect a mix of patient interaction, answering questions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring handoffs and follow-ups are in place so each visit remains efficient, organized, and centered on quality care.

- Competitive Salary
- Paid Time Off
- Continuing Education
