Resolve Diamondback is looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We are currently hiring for:
- 6:30PM - 6:00AM (NOC)
- Full-time | Part-Time Available
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Communicate changes in condition to the clinical team
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support residents and families with compassionate care
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona LPN license
- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and resident-focused
