About the Division
UMC HomeWorks is the in-home care and staffing team of United Methodist Communities, a New Jersey nonprofit that has served older adults for more than 100 years. Our Staffing LPNs deliver resident care and clinical support throughout UMC’s assisted living, memory care, and healthcare communities.

What you'll do

• Fulfill scheduled shifts as assigned and provide coverage in accordance with community needs
• Deliver individualized care and support based on each resident’s care plan, preferences, and daily needs
• Complete routine resident rounds, monitor well-being, and respond promptly to requests for assistance
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided, resident observations, and significant changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with incoming staff to support continuity of care between shifts
• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to support resident care and daily operations
• Build professional, positive relationships with residents while helping maintain a safe and supportive environment

What you'll need

Required:

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• At least 1 year of experience in memory care, assisted living, or another healthcare setting
• Flu vaccine for shifts inside a UMC community (medical and religious exemptions may be requested)
• Age 18 or older

Pay and benefits:

• Pay: $35.00/hour
• Flexible scheduling
