The Opportunity

Minden Medical Center is seeking a full-time LPN for night shift coverage, supporting safe, attentive patient care and a smooth overnight experience. In this role, you’ll contribute to clinical care delivery by tracking patient status, assisting with comfort measures, administering medications as directed, and keeping accurate documentation while partnering with the care team.

Required qualifications:
- Education requirements met prior to licensure through the Louisiana State Board of Nursing
- Current LPN Licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing
- AHA BLS required
- One year Med/Surg experience preferred

You’ll balance focused tasks with patient-centered moments, helping people rest more comfortably while keeping the shift organized. By morning, you’ll prepare a clear update for the next team so the day starts informed and on track.
