What You’ll Do

Monitor health conditions and administer medications

Provide treatments and personal care services

Complete assessments and update care plans

Train staff on safety and infection control

Communicate with families, providers, and community partners

What We’re Looking For

Current LPN/LVN license in NJ

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
