Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)
Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid patients remotely, with administrative support handling scheduling and billing.
Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.
We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.
Why clinicians work with us
Complete flexibility. You set your own hours and availability, decide which referrals to take, and build the caseload that works for you.
Administrative support. We handle insurance, billing, and credentialing, and clients book into the availability you set.
Robust referral network. Build a diverse caseload through our connections with insurers, universities, and community providers.
Supervision support. We'll help match you with an independently licensed supervisor in our practice, at no cost to you, so you can keep accruing hours toward full licensure.
Remote practice model. Enjoy the independence of private practice with the backing of a group — from wherever you work.
Paid per session. You're paid for the clinical work you deliver, at a competitive rate.
Meaningful work. Make a real difference for Medicaid members and help close gaps in access to care.
