Requirements

• You must have an active Property & Casualty Insurance license to apply
• Is coachable, motivated, and brings a team-first attitude
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Dedicated workspace in the home, separate from common spaces
• Fast, reliable internet
• Reliable childcare during business hours
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Experience with Allstate is preferred
