Licensed Therapist, BHP, BH Specialty (60231)
Summary of Position:
The Licensed Therapist provides direct high-quality patient-centered therapy and care coordination as an integral part of a dynamic multi-interdisciplinary team. Care is provided in the clinic and outside in the community meeting each of our patients “where they are”.
Key duties include:
- Develops and implements treatment plans, clinical assessment criteria, and programmatic goals, objectives, and activities.
- Performs intakes and psychosocial assessments of adults, youth and families.
- Conducts individual, group, couples or family therapy with adults, youth and families.
- Performs as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team in delivery of services.
- Coordinates closely with clinical staff and staff from other providers,
- Provides community consultation and education to community agencies, schools, neighborhood groups, and other community human service professionals.
- Serves as a resource to clinic staff in areas of specialization and attend case staffing
- Accurately and appropriately documents patient services provided according to the approved clinical standards rules* regulations, and procedure of the agency.
- Maintains the expected level of productivity.
- Actively engages in Clinical Supervision in pursuit of Independent Licensure per the CTC Professional
- Serve as liaison for patients, advocates, and community partners; resolve service-related issues.
- Provides clinical review and co-signature on assessments and service plans completed by BHTs in accordance with ADHS guidelines.
