- LPN/LVN license required.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
- Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
- Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.
Shifts Available:
- 8-Hour Shifts Offered Monday - Friday and 6am-10pm Weekend Doubles
- (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am)
