Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis for our PM shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). This position requires schedule flexibility, with shifts scheduled across various weekdays and weekends. Under the direction of the RN or Nurse Manager, you will provide direct nursing care, manage medication administration, and support the daily healthcare needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in resident clinical conditions and vital signs.
• Provide direct resident care, ensuring comfort, safety, and personal hygiene needs are met.
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate electronic medical records (EMR) according to facility and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Current, active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the State of California.
• Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Availability: Flexible schedule to work various days during the week and regular weekend rotations.
• Experience: Previous experience in long-term care or sub-acute settings is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
