The Licensing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Hasbro’s global product development and licensing operations. Based in Mexico City, this position serves as the communication bridge between local development teams, international licensors, and global Hasbro partners. The coordinator ensures that all product and packaging materials are accurately submitted through licensors’ approval systems, tracked through completion, and compliant with contractual and brand standards. This role is essential in maintaining brand integrity, meeting delivery timelines, and enabling successful product launches across global markets.


Responsibilities
• Submit product and packaging materials to licensors’ approval systems within established timelines (typically within 24–48 hours).
• Monitor approval progress and maintain accurate tracking across internal Hasbro systems (e.g., SharePoint, GMS, Jetpack).
• Communicate licensor feedback to internal teams and follow up on pending or delayed approvals.
• Review all submissions for accuracy, correct file formats, and alignment with specifications; coordinate with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation and records to support licensor audit and compliance requirements.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders (including Hong Kong and North America teams) to manage sample orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to development teams on approval workflows, system navigation, and process requirements.

Qualifications
• Education: Associate’s degree or higher preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in licensing coordination, product development, or related fields preferred.
• Language: Basic English (written and verbal) is essential.

Skills
• Business fluency in English is a must.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online approval systems; experience with SharePoint, GMS, or Jetpack is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across time zones.
