Rishihood University seeks a coach with a strong Armed Forces background to instill a culture of discipline, physical fitness, emotional resilience, patriotism, and spiritual grounding among learners.

This role demands commanding presence, unwavering integrity, high emotional intelligence, and a mission-driven commitment to shaping young adults into strong professionals and responsible citizens.

The coach will mentor students in managing stress, staying accountable, and living with purpose — becoming a pillar of strength on campus.


Key Responsibilities

Discipline & Conduct Leadership

  • Build a campus culture rooted in respect, punctuality, and personal responsibility

  • Guide students to maintain a professional and dignified demeanour in all spaces

One-on-One Support & Counselling

  • Provide guidance on personal challenges, mental toughness, and positive decision-making

  • Identify behavioural concerns early and take structured action

Spiritual & Value-Based Mentorship

  • Conduct reflective sessions emphasizing duty, courage, gratitude & self-mastery

  • Help students integrate daily routines that foster inner strength

Physical & Lifestyle Coaching

  • Inspire fitness habits: morning drills, endurance routines, team challenge activities

  • Promote discipline in sleep, diet, and digital habits

Professional Preparedness & Career Motivation

  • Mentor students in work ethics, communication, appearance, and reliability

  • “Imagine you have a pitch at 9. You arrive at 9:05 — that’s failure.”

Classroom & Workshop Facilitation

  • Deliver sessions on leadership, national service, emotional fortitude, and teamwork

Program & Culture Development

  • Design systems that reward discipline & community contribution

  • Establish zero-tolerance policies for harmful behaviour

Coordination & Family Engagement

  • Communicate effectively with faculty and families to support holistic development

Documentation & Continuous Tracking

  • Maintain detailed confidential records & progress reports to leadership



Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of service in the Indian Army / Central Armed Forces with experience in training or welfare roles

  • Strong understanding of youth psychology, high-pressure environments, and behaviour shaping

  • Experience managing diverse groups with firm yet compassionate leadership

  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills

  • Committed to lived values — punctuality, fitness, courtesy, and honesty
