- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly events, activities, and fitness classes
- Help prepare newsletters, communications, marketing materials, and event calendars
- Support event set‑up and break‑down (tables, chairs, décor, equipment)
- Provide exceptional hospitality to residents, families, and guests
- Assist with transporting residents to on- and off‑campus events or appointments
- Maintain organized workspaces, supplies, and equipment
- Cross‑train to support administrative and departmental needs
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher)
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid Georgia driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Experience in senior living, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving event equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push residents in wheelchairs
- Comfort working briefly outdoors in varied weather conditions
