Life Enrichment Support

At BRC, it’s the little moments that make a BIG difference! We’re looking for a creative, energetic team member to help bring joy, connection, and purpose to residents’ lives through engaging activities, wellness programs, and fun outings.

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Facilitate and support life enrichment events addressing the dimensions of wellness

• Coordinate & support safe and enjoyable resident outings

• Collaborate with internal teams and outside partners to develop meaningful activities

• Track and document resident participation in PointClickCare or other technology platforms as deemed necessary

• Assist with wellness assessments for residents

• Utilize and support communication platforms to promote events

• Use technology to enhance engagement and programming

• Assist in enrichment across all levels of living

Enhance quality of life through BRC values of Compassion, Stewardship, & Innovation

• Other duties as assigned

• High school graduate, GED required

• Valid Virginia driver’s license

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

• Proficiency in MS Office, IOS

• General medical knowledge preferred; experience with older adults preferred
