About the role

At Randstad, we are looking to select a Sales Advisor to join Mapfre España, in its Reus offices (AV. SANT JORDI, 31.), through a temporary contract for a leave of absence replacement until January 2027

What you'll do

You will provide technical and commercial advice, driving commercial activity through:

Your day-to-day will involve the following activities:

• Identifying and developing talent with the potential to become future Managers of MAPFRE Branch Offices.
• Monitoring objectives, activity, and budget achievement.
• Promoting, driving, and following up on product marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring and promoting the use of tools within the Sales Network.
• Take advantage of and optimize commercial management tools (SalesForce).
• Providing technical and commercial support to intermediaries regarding their product lines.
• Identifying and communicating the training needs of the Sales Network.

Requirements

What knowledge and experience will be considered?

Education and knowledge

University degree, Bachelor's degree or similar.

Knowledge in the following is valued

Car, Home, Communities.

Profit and loss account.

Customer loyalty levers.

Experience

Previous experience in the insurance sector and in the management/dynamization of sales teams will be necessary.

Having your own vehicle is essential.
