The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead strategies that strengthen engagement across the full customer journey, from initial consideration through long-term relationship building.
As an individual contributor within a growth-focused marketing team, this role combines strategic thinking, analytics, and hands-on execution.
You will design and optimize multi-channel journeys across email, push, web, and in-app experiences to drive measurable business outcomes.
The role has a strong focus on conversion, engagement, retention, and referrals, using data and experimentation to continuously improve performance.
You will partner closely with Product, Analytics, Technology, Brand, Creative, and Customer Insights teams to deliver personalized experiences at scale.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with marketing automation platforms, customer data, SQL, and performance metrics.

Accountabilities
- Design, build, and optimize end-to-end, multi-channel lifecycle journeys across email, push notifications, web, and in-app experiences throughout the customer funnel.
- Develop responsive, ADA-compliant emails using HTML and CSS, with a focus on modular, scalable, and high-quality designs.
- Lead experimentation across messaging, cadence, audience targeting, channels, and customer experiences to identify opportunities for improved engagement and conversion.
- Analyze campaign and journey performance, report on testing outcomes, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Develop and continuously improve lifecycle marketing strategies and email best practices based on performance insights and customer behavior.
- Partner closely with Customer Insights, Product Marketing, Product and Technology, Brand, Creative, Analytics, Sales, and Digital teams to align lifecycle initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Leverage customer and behavioral data to create personalized marketing experiences and improve audience segmentation and journey orchestration.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation, campaign execution, design quality, and overall lifecycle performance.
- Maintain high standards for campaign quality assurance, accuracy, accessibility, and execution across channels.
- 5–7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, client marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable lifecycle marketing outcomes tied to engagement, conversion, retention, or other growth KPIs.
- Experience working in a data-driven, performance-oriented marketing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP), including journey orchestration, segmentation, and audience automation.
- Practical knowledge of SQL-based data management and query development, including data extensions, complex segmentation logic, and marketing automation workflows.
- Experience integrating CRM, web, product, and other data sources to enable personalized and targeted marketing experiences.
- Functional knowledge of CloudPages and proficiency with AMPscript are preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and performance metrics and how campaigns contribute to broader business goals.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Analytics, Sales, Digital, Technology, Brand, and Creative teams.
- Strong HTML and CSS skills, with experience developing responsive and accessible email experiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Base salary range of $84,200–$112,300 USD.
- Potential eligibility for additional compensation, including a discretionary bonus.
