Lifeguard (4773)

The primary responsibility of a lifeguard is to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons and staff. This includes actively monitoring aquatic areas, consistently enforcing facility rules, responding promptly and professionally to patrons in need of assistance, and providing appropriate emergency care when necessary. Lifeguards are also responsible for maintaining surveillance and rule enforcement in non-aquatic areas of the facility. Lifeguards are expected to help keep the facility and lifeguard areas clean, organized, and in a professional appearance. Ongoing participation in in-service trainings, staff meetings, and completion of assigned quizzes is required to ensure continued readiness and excellence in performance.

Lifeguard Pros is looking for candidates able to work within the hours of 10 am to 9 pm daily. Shift options range from 5.5 hours to 9 hours. Positions are open within these time frames throughout the week. Priority consideration will be given to those able to work from 10 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday, beginning August 10 through September 27th.
