📌 About the Position
We are looking to hire a Natural Aquatic Spaces Lifeguard to be part of our team in Formentera. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are a proactive person, with a customer orientation and motivated by challenges, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

📝 Main Responsibilities

• Active and constant surveillance tasks at the Beach.

• Aquatic rescue, intervention in a fast and effective manner.

• First aid.

• Review of first aid kits.

• Comply with the internal guidelines and procedures of the company.

• Attend to the customer with a professional and responsible attitude.

What we're looking for

🔑 Position Requirements

• Hold a Natural Aquatic Spaces qualification in the Balearic Islands (EAN).

• Minimum of one year of experience.

• Training in first aid.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
